06 07 08 67 香港金屬及機械協會 分組於 2021 年 1 月正式由「金屬加工製品及鋼鐵 與有色金屬基本工業及機械」更名為「香 金屬及 機械協會」，以凝聚業界力量及捍衛權益。 2020 年 9 月至 11 月 — 協會執委會透過網絡形式 舉行 4 次會員探訪活動，維持與現有會員及新會 員公司的互動，了解會員公司的運作及所需。 2020 年 10 月 — 舉辦「工業 4.0 — 24 小時全自動無 人工廠」網絡研討會，專家向會員簡介以「數碼雙 生」技術規劃及控制生產過程，並以實際例子講 解協同移動機械手和焊接機器人的應用，以及無 人工廠的發展路線圖。 2021 年 3 月 — 舉辦「網上新春團拜」，與一眾在 及於內地的會員透過視像會議拜年。 FHKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020-21 66 Energy and power December 2020 – the Group Chairman Daniel Fung submitted a letter on the opening of the upper deck of North Point Vehicular Ferry Pier to the public, as announced in the 2020 Policy Address, to the responsible Government department. The letter reflected the industry's concern about opening up the Pier, where dangerous goods are delivered through, leading to public safety issues. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to foster the development of energy and power in Hong Kong and enhance the energy efficiency among industry groups. At the same time, the Group will also actively promote the reduction of carbon emissions and energy usage and other environmental protection policies to improve the air quality and environment of Hong Kong. Hong Kong Metal and Machinery Council The Group was renamed "Hong Kong Metal and Machinery Council" in January 2021. The Council is committed to strengthening the bond among the industry practitioners and safeguarding common interests. September to November 2020 - ExCom Members conducted four online courtesy visits to maintain interactions with group members and keep updated about their operations and needs. October 2020 - Held an online webinar on "Industry 4.0: 24-hour Unmanned Factory" and invited expert to introduce how the concept of Digital Twin can be applied to design and control manufacturing processes. The guest speaker also illustrated the real-life applications of Collaborative Mobile Manipulator and Welding Robot, as well as the roadmap of developing a 24-hour unmanned factory. March 2021 - Held the "CNY Online Greetings" to connect members across Hong Kong and Mainland to share the happiness of the new year. 能源及動力 2020 年 12 月 — 分組主席馮文傑就 2020 年施政報 告中提出開放北角汽車渡輪碼頭一事，向政府有 關部門提交意見書，反映業界對將運送危險品的 碼頭對公眾開放存有安全顧慮。 展望未來，分組將會積極推動本 的能源及動力 發展，提升工商業界的能源效益，支持促進減 排、節能等環保政策，以提升香 空氣質素及改 善環境。 HIGHLIGHTS OF INDUSTRY GROUPS AND COUNCILS 工業分組及協會工作概要 香 工業總會年報 2020-21 Food, Beverages and Tobacco The food sector was ravaged during the pandemic. The Group submitted several rounds of advocacy letters to the Government to urge for support and subsidy to food factory license holders and school lunchbox providers. September 2020 - Jointly organised the "Webinar on Re-industrialisation Funding Scheme" with Hong Kong Productivity Council to introduce the scheme details to members and encourage food factory owners to set up smart production lines in Hong Kong. The Group supported the "4 th STARS Programme", with a focus on food technology, organised by Hong Kong Startup Council. As one of the mentors, the Group Chairman Mr An t h o n y L am o f f e r e d c o a c h i n g t o food technology startups on their product development and business strategy, thereby driving the transformation of the food industry. Collaborated with FHKI and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, the Group kicked off the research study "Project Diamond" earlier this year to unlock market opportunities for Hong Kong food and beverage manufacturers. Through this research study, the Group envisions enhancing the "Made in Hong Kong" food brands as the premium quality product for GBA and ASEAN countries. 食品、飲品及煙草 疫情對食品行業帶來重大衝擊，分組多次向政府 提交意見書，建議有關當局對食品工廠及學校飯 盒供應商提供進一步支援和補貼。 2020 年 9 月 — 與香 生產力促進局合辦「再工業 化資助計劃網絡研討會」，向會員介紹申請細節， 鼓勵食品廠家在香 建立智能生產線。 分組亦支持由香 初創企業協會舉辦以食品科技 為題的第四屆的「初創飛昇計劃」，分組主席林世 豪先生擔任其中一位星級導師，向食品科技初創 企業作出研發和業務建議，實現食品工業升級轉 型。 分組於本年初與工總及德勤 • 關黃陳方會計師事 務所（ Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu ）開展「鑽石計 劃」（ Project Diamond ）研究項目。分組期望通過 研究，將「香 製造」的認可品牌，提升為大灣區 和東盟國家認可的優質產品。
