55 香 工業總會年報 2020-21 FHKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020-21 54 Recognising the Distinguished 表揚卓越成就 Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong and Industrialist of the Year Award 2020 2020 年「香港青年工業家獎」暨「傑出工業家獎」 Winner of Industrialist of the Year Award 2020 傑出工業家 2020 得獎者 Winners of Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong 2020* 香港青年工業家 2020 得獎者 ＊ As one of the FHKI's flagship events, the presentation ceremony of the 2020 Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong ("YIAH") and Industrialist of the Year ("IOY") Award was held in November 2020. The Guest-of-Honour the Honourable Mrs Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of HKSAR, presented the awards to the winners: • Established in 1988, YIAH aims to give recognition to young industrialists who have attained outstanding achievements in the industries, while inspiring the younger generations and arousing their dedications to the industries, thereby injecting a fresh impetus to industry growth. This year, 10 young elites received well-deserved recognitions for their aspirations and commitments towards the industries, as well as their perseverant and innovative mindset to overcome challenges; and • Introduced in 2002, IOY Award is conferred on one industrialist each year for his/her distinguished contributions to Hong Kong's industry, economy and community.
