Besides, the FHKI's Head Office at Cheung Sha Wan offers a wide range of conference facilities including exhibition hall and meeting rooms, equipped with large LED screens, touch digital electronic whiteboards and audio-visual facilities, for rental. FHKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020-21 52 工總培訓中心多年來向業界提供實用和行業熱門 的培訓課程。課程範疇涵蓋企業管理與創新、人 力資源及技能發展、稅務及法律、市場行銷、溝 通技巧、生產及物流、策略思維、商務談判等, 以配合各類企業培訓需要,提升員工的技能及企 業的競爭力。過去一年,因應疫情持續,部分培 訓課程由面授轉為網上課程。 此外,中心根據每間企業的培訓需要提供量身定 制的專業培訓課程。過去一年,中心分別為政府 部門、資源管理機構、物業管理機構、製造商、 非牟利機構等舉辦法律、商業管理、人力資源發 展等課程,繼續為業界推動人才發展。 FHKI's Training Centre offers a range of practical and up-to-date training courses for enterprises. These courses, covering enterprise management and innovation, human resources and skill development, taxation and law, sales and marketing, communication skills, production and logistics, strategic thinking, business negotiation etc, are offered to meet the training needs of various enterprises and improve employees' skills and corporate competitiveness. In the past year, the Centre's face-to-face training courses were changed to online format due to pandemic control measures. In addition, the Centre offers tailor-made professional in-house training to individual enterprises in accordance with their requirement. In the past year, it provided legal, business management and human resources development courses for the Government departments, resource management organisations, property management organisations, manufacturers and NGOs etc., to support talent development for the industries.
