49 香工業總會年報 2020-21 FHKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020-21 48 Enhancing Competitiveness 提升競爭力 Established in 1978 under the auspices of FHKI, Hong Kong Q-Mark Council ("Q-Mark Council") is on a mission to enhance companies' products, services, and environmental standards through its Q-Mark schemes to provide consumers with a comprehensive range of high-quality products and services. The four Q-Mark certification schemes, including the Hong Kong Q-Mark Product Scheme, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service (Cyan) Scheme and the Green Mark Certification Scheme, are among the highest accolades in Hong Kong. The Q-Mark Council has approved more than 2,000 licences in the past 43 years. 工總轄下的香優質標誌局（「優標局」）於 1978 年成立，目的是讓企業通過不同的 Q 嘜認證計劃，提升企業產品、服務及環保方面的質量標準，為消費提供更多優質的產品和服務。「 Q 嘜」載譽香，四種認證計劃括：香 Q 嘜優質產品計劃、香 Q 嘜優質服務計劃、香 Q 嘜優質服務（藍金）計劃及香 Q 嘜環保管理計劃。優標局成立至今 43 年，已發出超過 2,000 張 Q 嘜准用證。 Product Scheme 優質產品計劃 Service Scheme 優質服務計劃 Hong Kong Q-Mark Certification 香港 Q 嘜認證 FHKI provides professional services and business support for the industrial and commercial sectors to enhance corporate competitiveness. With a sincere, caring and professional attitude, FHKI provides the following services: (1) Q-Mark Certification (2) D-Mark Certification (3) Intellectual Property Rights Registration and Protection (4) Trade Certifications and Declarations (5) Professional Training and Development (6) Marketing, Event Management and Venue Rental 工總為工商業界提供各項專業服務及商業服務，以助提升企業競爭力。工總用心服務，聆聽客戶需求，提供服務括：（ 1 ）香 Q 嘜認證（ 2 ）香 D 嘜認證（ 3 ）知識產權註冊及保護（ 4 ）商貿簽證及報關（ 5 ）人才培訓（ 6 ）產品推廣、活動統籌及場地租賃 The Q-Mark Council organised various programmes this year, such as: • April to June 2020 - Organised the "Q-Mark Elite Brands" campaign to enhance public recognition of Q-Mark. Over 3,700 participants voted for their favourite brands in the campaign; • May 2020 - Organised the "Q-Mark certification for First Batch of Five Hong Kong-Made Face Masks" press conference to award Q-Mark Product Licences to five local face masks manufacturers. The certification served to acknowledge these face masks have attained specific standards to increase consumers' confidence. As of April 2021, a total of 26 Q-Mark Product Licences were issued to 20 face mask manufacturers; • March 2021 - The "Q-Mark 42 nd Anniversary cum Presentation Ceremony" was held with Financial Secretary Mr Paul Chan as the Guest-of-Honour. This year, over 180 enterprises received Q-Mark certifications, of which 27 enterprises were presented certificates for their commitment to quality at the Ceremony. The "2020 Q-Mark Elite Brand Awards" were also presented to the winners. Besides, the Council is committed to promoting Q-Mark with the support of the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund of the Trade and Industry Department this year. Q-Mark certification schemes and Q-Mark certified products were promoted across Hong Kong and GBA with the aim to stimulate sales of Hong Kong brands in both markets. 優標局於年內舉辦了多項活動，括： • 2020 年 4 月至 6 月 — 舉辦「 Q 嘜人氣品牌大獎」活動，加深市民對 Q 嘜品牌的認識，超過 3,700 位市民參與投票選出「最喜愛的卓越 Q 嘜品牌」； • 2020 年 5 月 — 舉辦「首批產口罩獲 Q 嘜認證」新聞發布會，向本首批 5 間口罩生產商頒發「 Q 嘜」優質產品認證，確認產品已達到特定要求，令消費放心選購口罩防疫產品；截至 2021 年 4 月，優標局已為本 20 間口罩生產商發出 26 個 Q 嘜優質產品認證； • 2021 年 3 月 — 舉辦「 Q 嘜成立 42 周年暨准用證頒發典禮」，由財政司司長陳茂波先生擔任主禮嘉賓。本年度超過 180 間企業榮獲 Q 嘜認證，當中 27 間出席今屆典禮並獲頒發證書，獲嘉許遵守對品質作出的承諾。同場亦向獲得「 2020 年度 Q 嘜人氣品牌大獎」的企業頒發獎狀。此外，優標局一直致力推廣 Q 嘜品牌，年內繼續籌辦由工業貿易署「工商機構支援基金」撥款資助的推廣項目，在香及大灣區推廣香 Q 嘜認證計劃及認證產品，提升 Q 嘜品牌在本及內地的銷售。 Green Mark Certification Scheme 環保管理計劃 Service (Cyan) Scheme 優質服務（藍金）計劃
