22 香工業總會年報 2020-21 FHKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020-21 23 Celebrating FHKI's Diamond Jubilee 工總六十周年鑽禧「工」不可沒 – 香港工業傳奇展覽及電視特備節目作為工總鑽禧會慶首個打頭炮的活動，工總與香歷史博物館聯合籌辦「工」不可沒 – 香工業傳奇大型展覽，於 2020 年 6 月至 10 月期間假香歷史博物館開展，回顧香逾百年的工業歷史，吸引近 25,000 人入場參觀，反應熱烈。是次展覽逾千件展品來自本地三百多間企業，當中四十間企業屬於工總會員，行業範疇非常廣泛，括食品、塑膠、家電及玩具製造業等，多間知名的龍頭企業如李錦記﹙香 ﹚食品、嘉頓、建樂士、開達集團、德國寶、太古糖業亦有借出展品供公眾欣賞。今次展覽回顧香工業家多年奮鬥的歷程，向付出汗水成就香工業騰飛的勞動階層致意，讓公眾和新一代青年重新思考工業對香未來發展的重要性。 2020 年 11 月，「香工業總會特約：香工業傳奇『工不可沒』」電視節目在 ViuTV 播出，及後虛擬展覽亦於 2021 年 3 月上線，存放於香歷史博物館的網站上，讓公眾隨時重溫香工業的輝煌成就。 "Striving and Transforming – The History of Hong Kong Industry" Exhibition and Special TV Programme As the kick-start event of the FHKI 60 th Anniversary celebrations, FHKI jointly organised the large-scale exhibition "Striving and Transforming – The History of Hong Kong Industry" with the Hong Kong Museum of History from June to October 2020, which outlined the industrial history of Hong Kong over a hundred years. The exhibition successfully attracted nearly 25,000 visitors. The exhibition displayed time-honoured exhibits from over 300 industrial corporations, of which 40 are FHKI members in a wide spectrum of manufacturing industries from food, plastics, home appliances to toys etc. Leading enterprises like Lee Kum Kee (Hong Kong) Foods, Garden Company, Kinox, Kader Holdings, German Pool and Taikoo Sugar contributed valuable exhibits for display. The exhibition revealed the hard-working journey of local industrialists in striving for success and paid tribute to the working class for their honoured contribution to Hong Kong's industry, and thereby allowing the public and younger generation to rethink the significance of industry to Hong Kong's future economy. Besides, the special TV programme "FHKI presents: Striving and Transforming – The History of Hong Kong Industry" was aired on ViuTV in November 2020. The virtual exhibition was launched in March 2021 on the website of the Hong Kong Museum of History for the public to revisit Hong Kong's industrial achievements anytime. 自 1960 年成立以來，工總與香工業同步成長，見證一代又一代工業家憑著他們堅毅不屈的精神、靈活創新的思維、對工藝品質的精益求精的追求、和千千萬萬勞動階層的勤懇努力，為「香製造」打下金漆招牌。經過多年變遷，在工廠北移、香向服務業轉型的大環境下，「式工業」亦逐漸形成獨特的面貌；儘管香廠房的數量和規模日漸縮減，但工業對香的經濟貢獻、對本地產業發展的重要性，從來未有消失。 2020 年是工總成立六十周年的鑽禧，際此歷史時刻，工總舉辦了多元化的紀念項目，為香工業發展的過去、現在和未來，留下歷史印記之餘，亦為香日後的工業發展勾勒藍圖，見證香步入新工業時代的里程碑，續與業界並肩同行。 Since the establishment in 1960, FHKI stands by the side of Hong Kong manufacturing sector to witness its tremendous growth and the success of many generations of industrial entrepreneurs therein. With the steadfast perseverance, agile and innovative mindset, the determination on craftsmanship and quality, and the contribution of thousands of working class, Hong Kong has made its own name of "Made in Hong Kong" that still lives vividly today. After decades of transposition, Hong Kong's industry has developed unique characteristics as factories moved north and the shifting towards service-oriented economy in Hong Kong. Despite the relocation and down-size of local production lines, the significance of the industry to Hong Kong's economy and development has never faded away. In 2020, the Diamond Jubilee of FHKI, we held various memorable projects to revisit the past, remark the present and envision the future of Hong Kong industries. We stand ready to outline the roadmap and pave the way for Hong Kong's new industrial era as the most trusted companion of industrialists.
