53 香港工業總會年報 2013-14 Group 18 – Non-manufacturing I – Support services for industry The Group continued to provide professional services to support industries and update them on the latest regulatory requirements. Together with Group 8 (Food, Beverages and Tobacco) and Group 20 (Hong Kong Trade Services Council), the Group co-organsied a visit to Lee Kum Kee Xinhui Plant in August 2013. Participants were impressed by the mission of the company, its corporate culture and production techniques. In September 2013, the Group hosted a networking gathering to provide a platform for members to get to know the development of other industries. The Group and KPMG co-organised a seminar in November 2013 to enhance members’ understanding of the difference between Actual Spending Tax- Deducting Method and Purchasing Tax- Deducting Method. The latest updates and things to note on Actual Spending Tax-Deducting Method were introduced. 第18分組 – 第I類非製造業 — 工 業支援服務 本分組竭力為各行業提供專業服務， 以及告知他們在監管方面的新要求。 Group 19 – Hong Kong Toys Council (HKTC) With a mission to promote the toy industry and toy safety standard in Hong Kong, the HKTC organised a series of activities and seminars during the year. A series of Chemical Management Database (CMD) User Forums were arranged to assist industry players to better manage their operations and facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements. Practical issues and questions in respect to toy quality, toy safety, definitions and factory procedures were discussed. 該分組與第8分組（食品、飲品及煙 草）及第20分組（香港貿易服務業協 會）於2013年8月舉辦李錦記新會廠 房兩天遊。參加者對李錦記的企業理 念、文化及生產技術留下深刻印象。 分組於2013年9月舉行會員聚會， 為會員提供交流平台，藉此多了解不 同行業的發展。分組亦與畢馬威會計 師事務所於2013年11月合辦「加工 企業出口退稅『實耗法 』」研討會， 向會員講述實耗法和購進法的分別， 以及實耗法的最新資訊和當中需要留 意的地方。
