5 6 4 4. 工總 2016 年 10 月成立香港初創企業協會，旨在建立平 台，向初創企業提供培育及支援，鼓勵及促進合作， 以及為香港工業注入新動力。創會主席楊悰傑博士（左 五）及副主席趙子翹（右三）在成立儀式上公布了「初 創企業指導計劃」。 The FHKI set up the Hong Kong Startup Council in October 2016 with the aim of creating a platform to provide support and nurture startups in Hong Kong, facilitating and fostering collaborations and reinventing Hong Kong industries.
