37 FHKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020-21 36 香 工業總會年報 2020-21 國際事務委員會 國際事務委員會於 2016 年成立，旨在擴大工總 會員的環球網絡，開拓海外商機。作為本地工業 與國際工商界的溝通橋樑，委員會積極與海外官 員、商界和各國駐 領事館聯繫，同時密切留意 各地最新市場動向，協助會員探索新興市場。 過去一年，委員會先後與多個海外經貿團體簽訂 合作、舉辦及出席多個有關海外 商的網絡研討 會、接待各國政商代表，了解當地及環球市場的 潛在機遇， 括： International Affairs Committee Established in 2016, International Affairs Committee ("IAC") helps members strengthen their global ties to explore new business opportunities. As the bridge connecting local industries with the global communities, IAC works to foster close relationships between FHKI and foreign officials, international business communities and consulate offices in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the Committee closely monitors the latest status in various economies to assist members in tapping into emerging markets. In the past year, IAC collaborated with overseas trade and industry chambers, took part in webinars on foreign business prospects and greeted foreign officials and ambassador delegations to understand the latest opportunities in the global market. Activities include: 支援在國內營商的港企 過年一年，珠三角工業協會在主席莊子雄先生帶 領下，多番代表在廣東省 商的 商向有關單位 反映及瞭解近期 商關注的問題，例如：粵 澳 大灣區經貿發展、各省政府企業支援計劃、新冠 肺炎疫情期間對廠商的影 及建議及雙循環政策 等，並舉辦相關活動以支援業界及促進同業交 流： 2020 年 4 月 — 與中國出口信用保險公司廣東 分公司舉行「疫情下簡介珠三角地區出口信用 保險服務措施視頻交流會議」； 2020 年 8 月 — 協辦「戰疫情 優服務 穩外貿 促發展」幫扶江門外貿企業紓困行動政策直播 會； 2020 年 9 月 — 舉辦江門分部商務考察暨執委 會員擴大交流活動； 2020 年 10 月 — 與中國商業聯合會聯合主辦了 第九屆「兩岸暨 澳服務業論壇」； 2020 年 10 月 — 代表出席第二屆全國上市公司 共建「一帶一路」國際合作論壇； Supporting HK Enterprises' Business Operation in Mainland Led by Chairman Mr Steve Chuang, the PRD Council represented Hong Kong enterprises in Guangdong Province to reflect views to relevant Government departments, including the economic development of GBA, provincial government's enterprise support measures, impacts of COVID-19 on manufacturers and the dual circulation strategy etc. The Council organised below activities to support and engage the Hong Kong manufacturing business community in the region: April 2020 - Co-organised an online meeting with China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Guangdong Branch) on export and credit insurance measures under the epidemic; August 2020 - Co-organised a live broadcast on the policy briefing of supporting foreign enterprises at Jiangmen; September 2020 - Organised Jiangmen Standing Committee Meeting and business delegation visit; October 2020 - Co-organised the 9 th China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Services Industry Forum; October 2020 - Attended the 2 nd International Cooperation Forum on China's Listed Companies Developing along the Belt-and-Road; SUPPORTING HK ENTERPRISES IN MAINLAND AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS 支援 商開拓內地及國際市場 November 2020 - Leadership of Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce and Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong- Macao Cooperation visited FHKI and discussed with our representatives how Guangdong and Hong Kong can co-operate in economic and trade development in GBA; January 2021 - Organised a webinar on Business Management under Big Data Supervision; January 2021 - Organised Shenzhen Standing Committee Meeting and the visit to Luk Ka (China) Group Limited; March 2021 - Organised "PRD Council New Year Cloud Meeting to Seek New Opportunities"; March 2021 - Participated as a supporting organisation in the seminar on "Mainland Labour Law and Brand Management". 2020 年 11 月 — 廣東省工商聯及廣東省粵 澳 合作促進會領導拜訪工總，與工總代表討論粵 兩地如何加強大灣區合作經貿發展； 2021 年 1 月 — 主辦「大數據監管下的企業管 理籌劃」網絡研討會； 2021 年 1 月 — 舉辦深圳分部參觀力嘉集團暨 執委交流會； 2021 年 3 月 — 舉辦「新春雲聚會 謀略覓新機」 線上春茗交流會； 2021 年 3 月 — 作為支持機構參與「勞動法和 品牌管理專題講座」。
