57 香港工業總會年報 2013-14 Group 22 – Hong KongWatch and Clock Council (HKWCC) The HKWCC, led by Chairman Paul So and Vice-Chairman Yip Siu-fan, held several meetings during the year to discuss the challenges faced by the industry and share the latest market intelligence. Mr So attended a luncheon organised by Group 4 in February 2014 to share with their members the latest developments of online trading market in the Mainland and his experience in selling watch products via e-Commerce platforms. 第22分組 – 香港鐘表工業協會 本協會在主席蘇永強及副主席葉小帆的領導下,去年舉行多次會議,探討業界 面對的各種挑戰,以及分享最新的市場資訊。蘇永強出席第4分組(電氣及光 學製品)於2014年2月舉辦的午餐會,講述有關內地網購市場的最新發展,亦 分享在網購平台營銷手表品牌的經驗。 Group 23 – Weaving During the year, Group Chairman Bruce Young and Vice-Chairman Angela Fu actively participated in various activities organised by the FHKI. Mr Young attended the FHKI General Committee’s dinner gathering with Chief Executive C Y Leung in February 2014 to exchange views on Hong Kong’s long-term industrial development. 第23分組 – 織造 過去一年,分組主席楊振孝及副主席 符敏嫻積極參與工總活動。楊振孝出 席2014年2月工總理事會與行政長官 梁振英的晚宴,就香港工業的長遠發 展表達意見。 Group 24 – Woven garments and other woven made-up goods Led by Group Chairman Dr John Chan and Vice-Chairman Richard Cheng, a group of 25 members joined a mission to Dongguan in August 2013 to visit two garment factories operated by Wing Tai Enterprises Ltd and Aussco Hong Kong Ltd. Participants had a good exchange of views on factory management, business succession as well as industry prospects. 第24分組 – 編織成衣及其他編織 製成品 分組主席陳振東博士及副主席鄭文德 於2013年8月率領25名會員前往 東莞,參觀永泰製衣國際有限公司及 澳迪香港有限公司的廠房,就廠房營 運、企業傳承及行業前景等作交流。 Group 25 – Hong Kong Information Technology Industry Council (HKITIC) The HKITIC organised a workshop on 3D printing in July 2013 and paid a visit to the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering, the University of Hong Kong. Members made use of the opportunity to learn more about the latest developments of this technology, its practical applications, limitations, different machines and materials available, its impact on prices and future prospects. A workshop was organised in October 2013 to explore how technologies and innovations can be applied in daily life. Guest speakers elaborated on “Applications of Internet of Things” and “Next generation communication technology for Internet of Things”. The HKITIC hosted a members’ gathering cum sharing session in March 2014 to enhance cohesion and business networking. Chairman of Hong Kong Linux Industry Association Alan Kan was invited to share with members the latest developments of the IT industry.
