38 FHKI Annual Report 2013-14 The FHKI promoted corporate social responsibility by supporting the sharing session of Job Shadowing Programme (left photo), presenting “Industry Cares” certificates to member companies (upper right photo) and organising a blood donation day (lower right photo). 為促進企業社會責任，工總參加「影子領袖」師友分享會（左圖）、頒發「工業獻愛心」證書予會員公司（右上圖）和舉辦捐血日（右下圖）。 Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility The Committee on Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) was set up in March 2011. Under the Chairmanship of Eddy Lee, the Committee introduced a number of CSR projects in the year. This included the new CSR Recognition Scheme “Industry Cares” under which 22 member companies were presented with “Industry Cares” certificates in July 2013. Other activities organised by the Committee last year included the Mentorship Programme, FHKI Blood Donation Day, a visit to Shine Skills Centre, and a meeting with the Social Engagement Task Force of the Commission on Poverty. The Committee also joined the Happiness-at-work Label Programme and 2013-14 Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme, and signed the Talent-Wise Employment Charter. Trip to Tokyo In March 2014, FHKI Chairman Stanley Lau led a group of some 20 members and their family members on a leisure trip to Tokyo. Group members had a great time visiting scenic and historic spots and enjoyed fine Japanese dining under the arrangements of FHKI member, Director of Itacho Sushi Ricky Cheng. 推廣企業社會責任 促進企業社會責任委員會於2011年3月成立，在主席 李惠民領導下，推行多個企業社會責任項目，包括於 2013年舉辦新活動「工業獻愛心計劃」，表揚工業家 實踐社會責任精神，共有22家會員公司於7月獲頒發「工 業獻愛心」證書。 委員會去年舉辦的活動還有「影子領袖」師友計劃、工總 捐血日和探訪展亮技能發展中心，與扶貧委員會社會 參與專責小組會面，以及參加開心工作間標誌計劃、 2013-14年度家庭友善僱主獎勵計劃及簽署《有能者‧聘 之約章》。 東京之旅 2014年3月，工總主席劉展灝率領20多名會員及其親友 暢遊東京，參觀多個名勝古蹟，並在工總會員板長壽司 董事總經理鄭威濤安排下，享用日式美食。 Operational Review // Facilitating Business Networking The FHKI paid a leisure trip to Tokyo. 工總組團暢遊東京。
