Group 21 (Transport & Logistics Services Council) visited the newly completed “ Transport Department Vehicle Examination Complex ” in Tsing Yi. The Complex will replace vehicle examination centres in Kowloon Bay and To Kwa Wan to provide examination services for all types of goods vehicles, inspections for type approval of new vehicle models and pre-registration examination of vehicles etc. 第21分組(運輸與物流業協會)參觀位於青衣新落成的「運輸署車輛檢驗綜合大 樓」,此設施將逐步取代九龍灣及土瓜灣的驗車中心,提供檢驗各種類型的車輛、 新款車輛的類型評定 、登記前車輛檢驗等服務。 Visit to Transport Department Vehicle Examination Complex 參觀運輸署車輛檢驗綜合大樓 4/5 Exchange Forum between Harbin Municipal Government and Foreign-funded Enterprises in Guangzhou 哈爾濱市政府與廣州外資企業及僑商懇談會 The event was held by the Harbin Municipal Government in Guangzhou, where municipal leaders had dialogues and exchanges with more than 270 foreign- funded enterprises and business representatives to promote collaboration with Harbin city. Committee Member Henry Fan attended the forum to understand the business opportunities in Harbin on behalf of the PRD Council. 由哈爾濱市政府在廣州舉行,由市領導與超過270家外資企業及僑商代表對話交 流,以推動更多外企、外資和僑商與哈市實現務實合作。珠三角工業協會執委范 漢榮代表出席,了解哈爾濱市的整體情況及發展機遇。 10/5 Meeting with the Research Team of Our Hong Kong Foundation 與團結香港基金研究團隊會面 Our Hong Kong Foundation invited the then FHKI Chairman Dr Daniel Yip, to exchange on the topic of applied education in Hong Kong for its research study. Dr Yip shared his insights on higher education policies, nurturing future-ready talents as well as the demand on young and veteran technical talents as Hong Kong pursues re-industrialisation.
