RESEARCH REPORT | 研究報告 「升級轉型」 •受訪港資廠商現時多數仍處於傳統與自動化混 合生產階段(65%),處於自動化階段及工業聯 網階段的公司僅約13%,估計大部份港資廠商 處於工業2.0至3.0之間。廠商全年銷售總額越 大,其所處的工業生產階段越先進。 •不論在內地或在香港,受訪廠商均面對難以招 聘合適人才的困難,高於其他制約因素。 “China+1” • 23% of the respondents (53 companies) chose to set up new production lines beyond Mainland China, also known as "China+1" strategy. Hong Kong-invested manufacturers opt for the “China+1” strategy mostly due to customers’ requirements (62.3%), coping with the increase in production costs in the Mainland (56.6%) and avoiding the sudden increase in US tariffs (54.7%). 80% of them prefer to set up production lines in ASEAN countries. “Business Repositioning” • Compared with 2015, most of the respondents are working to upgrade their business towards the upper-stream of production chain. The number of manufacturers who adopt coping strategy has grown significantly. • China-focused manufacturing firms stand ready under the US-China trade dispute and COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating the strong resilience of domestic market. “Upgrade and Transformation” • 65% of the respondents are still adopting hybrid system with traditional and automated production; only 13% respondents adopt industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and automation production system at present. It can be seen that most of the surveyed Hong Kong manufacturers are in the production phase between Industry 2.0 and 3.0.
