第四屆「初創飛昇計劃」展示日 T he 4 th  STARS Programme organised by the Hong Kong Startup Council (“HKSC”) under the auspices of Federation of Hong Kong Industries (“FHKI”) and generously sponsored by Citi Hong Kong kick-started in June last year. The Programme, with the theme of “Unleashing the Power of Food Technology”, attracted near 40 local startups to apply. Eleven of them, whom were selected after initial vetting, received mentorship from industrialists across food, environmental and advanced manufacturing verticals. Throughout the period, the participating startups have made continuous enhancement to their products prototypes by exchanging knowledge on product development, manufacturing and marketing with experienced industrialists. The Demo Day of the 4 th STARS Programme was held on 21 April 2021 at The Mills Fabrica. Over 100 guests were drawn to the event and witnessed the achievements made by participating food tech startups after the nine-month programme. On the Demo Day, the startups presented the latest developments of their food tech innovations to investors and industrialists to pitch for investment and business collaboration opportunities. 香 港工業總會（「工總」）轄下的香港初創企 業協會（「協會」）舉辦的第四屆「初創飛 昇計劃」，由花旗集團慷慨贊助，自去年六月開 展，以「激發食品科技潛能」為主題招募本地初 創企業參與。接近四十間初創企業報名參加，經 過一輪評審後，挑選了十一間本地初創企業，與 來自食品、環保及先進製造產業的工業家進行友 導配對 (Mentorship)，汲取資深工業家的產品開 發、建立生產線、市場營銷等經驗，持續試驗及 改良產品原型。 第四屆「初創飛昇計劃」在4月20日於南豐紗 廠The Mills Fabrica 舉辦「展示日」，吸引逾100 位嘉賓出席，見證多間食品科技星級初創企業順 利完成為期九個月的計劃，並藉著「展示日」的 機會，向出席的投資者及工業家演示創新產品及 技術方案成果，爭取投資及合作機會。 FHKI EVENT | 工總花絮 The 4 th STARS Programme Demo Day 香港初創企業協會 第 示 Hong Kong Startup Council – e 4 48 | 5-7/2021
