14 | 03/2019 香港女多男少,企業高層卻普遍是男性;無論是傳統工業,抑或近年發展迅速 的創新產業,女性身影亦不常見,「去創科創投活動,女廁永遠不用排隊」。華 人社會有「女子無才便是德」一說,但有女強人視之為優勢,直言「你沒有期望, 我就輸得起」。生兒育女是女性天職?她有四名兒女,在新舊企業都身居要職; 另一人有三名兒女,還修畢雙碩士,繼續創業,輕鬆。一山還有一山高,有人 讀完博士,成為半導體龍頭企業唯一女性技術總監;亦有人未讀大學,就做初 創CEO —— 她今年14歲。女性突圍而出有何要訣?且聽她們說。 While Hong Kong is a city where women outnumbered men, prominent managerial positions are mostly held by the latter, be it in traditional or new industries. Here is a trivia, “There are never queues for ladies’ rooms in I&T and venture capital events.” As the old Chinese saying goes, “It is a woman's virtue to be ignorant”. Surprisingly, a career woman sees this as an advantage, and proudly says,“Expect nothing from us? Then we have nothing to lose. ” While some say raising children is the only and unshirkable duty for women, we heard a different story – she has four kids and at the same time takes up senior managerial positions in traditional and innovative enterprises. Another mum of three, started her own business while finishing two master ’ s degrees. Not impressive enough? There is a doctorate degree holder who is also the only female R&D Director in the leading company of semiconductor industry.
