48 | 10/2018 Chengdu New Cultural Landmarks 港人蓉事:尋找成都文創新地標 In recent years, Hong Kong and Chengdu have maintained a close trading partnership, from established large-scale commercial complexes such as Chengdu International Financial Center and Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li, to the vernaculars of Hong Kong-style diners in different street corners. Indeed, the vibrancy of Hong Kong and Chengdu not only sees their blooming economy and trade, but also the many intersections of cultural innovation and youth creativity. With the signing of the Strategic Co-operation Framework Agreement between The Chengdu Management Committee of the Tianfu New Area of Chengdu, Sichuan Province; the Hong Kong Federation of Design Associations (FHKDA) and other participating parties, the Hong Kong-Sichuan Design and Innovation Hub project has been put forward. The goal is to construct a platform for in-depth co-operation, with culture and creativity at its core, and design, music and film/TV as extensions. Through a series of exchanges and collaborations between Hong Kong and Chengdu, the Design Council of Hong Kong, Federation of Hong Kong Industries (DCHK, FHKI) is promoting the programme ‘Branding scheme for the promotion “Designed by Hong Kong” and “Made by Hong Kong” - Shenzhen and Chengdu’, also known as the “Dual-Brand Promotion Programme”. It is also one of the projects under DCHK 50th Anniversary Celebration Programme, with the funding support of “Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales (BUD Fund) (Organisation Support Programme) OSP” for this programme. The highlights of the programme will be held in several new landmarks in Chengdu, with the hope to provide a refreshing image for regional consumers, as well as an alternative channel for Hong Kong designers and 近年來,香港 (下稱「港」)與成都(下稱「蓉」)的商貿往來愈見頻繁,大至成都國際金融中心、遠洋太古 里等大型商業綜合體,小至遍布大街小巷的港式茶餐廳。事實上,港蓉不僅在經濟貿易上交流發展,在文化創 意、青少年互動等諸多領域皆有交集。天府新區成都管理委員會、香港設計總會和成都傳媒集團等早前於「四 川—香港投資與貿易合作交流會」上就「川港設計創意產業園」已簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》,將打造以文 創為核心,以設計、音樂、影視等為外延的創意產業平台,為成都引入香港的設計創意產業資源。 香港工業總會和其轄下香港設計委員會(DCHK, FHKI)配合港蓉這一連串的交流協作,正推動一項名為『走進 內地市場之品牌推廣計劃:「香港設計」、「香港製造」- 深圳及成都』的計劃,簡稱「雙品牌推廣計劃」,為 DCHK 50周年誌慶項目之一。是次計劃是獲得香港特別行政區政府「發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專 項基金」(BUD專項基金)「機構支援計劃」的資助。計劃的重點項目會在幾個成都文創的新地標舉行,希望能 為當地消費者帶來耳目一新的感覺,也為香港的設計師和供應商提供另一個拓展內地市場的渠道。
