60 FHKI Annual Report 2014-15 Group 18: Non-manufacturing I - Support services for industry This versatile Group continues to provide professional services to support various industrial sectors. A series of events were organised in the past year. In June 2014, the Group organised a visit to the Hong Kong International Airport to learn more about behind the scene operations at the airport and the latest development on the “Three-Runway System”. Led by Airport Authority experts, members had the opportunity to visit some restricted areas such as airfield, control centre and luggage handling system centre. In December 2014, a seminar on “Getting Prepared for Rapid Development of Hong Kong’s Tax Information Exchange Regime” was organised. Guest speakers including Deputy Commissioner (Technical) of Inland Revenue Department Brian Chiu and Director of Tax Services - National Tax Policy Services of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Limited, Fergus Wong, shared their professional views with members on the subject of Tax Information Exchange and how best to get prepared for such changes. Three cross group gatherings were held in 2014 to provide networking opportunities for members to meet new friends and share business intelligence. 第十八分組：第1類非製造業 ─ 工業支援服務 去年，分組繼續竭力為各行業會員提供專業服 務，並舉辦了多項活動。 2014年6月，分組舉行「時事多面睇：香港國際 機場參觀活動」，讓會員了解有關香港國際機場的 日常運作，及「第三條跑道」的最新發展。在機場 管理局的專業人員帶領下，會員參觀了「機場禁 區」，包括：飛行區、指揮中心及行李處理系統中 心，認識機場運作背後各個團隊的運作，大開眼 界。 2014年12月，分組舉辦「為發展迅速的香港稅務 資訊交換框架作好準備」研討會，邀請到稅務局副 局長（技術事宜）趙國傑及羅兵咸永道有限公司稅 務服務 —— 中國稅收政策服務總監黃宏泰蒞臨， 與會員分享香港稅務的資訊交換機制及發展，以 及中小企在面對國際稅務資訊透明度不斷提高的 環境下應如何作好準備。 為給會員更多機會認識其他行業的朋友，以及分 享營商資訊，分組去年共舉辦三個跨組別聚會。 Industry Groups And Councils 工業分組及協會
