51 香港工業總會年報 2014-15 Group 4: Electrical and Optical Products In June 2014, the Group organised a seminar on “Electrical Appliances Certification in Mainland and Hong Kong”. At the seminar, participants were briefed on China Compulsory Certification requirements for household and lighting products, details on Hong Kong Safety Mark, China Quality Certification and the Hong Kong LED Lighting Product Certification Scheme. Members showed great enthusiasm and actively participated in the discussions. In January 2015, the Group and Group 5 (Hong Kong Electronics Industry Council) co-organised a seminar on “Green Smart Home and Office”, during which the latest technology, applications, solutions and energy-saving programmes for smart home and office were introduced. The seminar was well received by members. Textiles and Garments groups (Groups 3, 12, 13, 17, 23 & 24) In November 2014, FHKI Deputy Chairman cum Group 12 Chairman Willy Lin and Group 12 Vice-Chairman Sunny Tan attended the industry’s focus group session for the “Made in PRD Study IV”. They reflected the industry’s concerns on the changing operational conditions and mode of business of Hong Kong textiles and garments manufacturing enterprises in the PRD region. The focus group also conducted in-depth discussions on future directions for the industry’s development. 紡織及成衣分組（第三、十二、十三、十七、二十三及 二十四分組） 2014年11月，工總副主席兼第12分組主席林宣武及第12分組 副主席陳祖恒出席工總《珠三角製造研究系列（四）》舉行的紡 織及成衣行業焦點小組會議，講述業界對珠三角紡織及成衣業 經營環境及營商模式轉變的種種關注。焦點小組並進行深入討 論，探討紡織及成衣港商未來的經營方向及部署。 第四分組：電氣及光學製品 分組於2014年6月舉辦了「內地及香港電器產品 認證制度」研討會，介紹《中國大陸強制性產品驗 證制度》就燈具及小家電產品的實施要求，及講 解香港安全標誌、內地自願性認證及香港LED照 明產品認證計劃。 分組與第5分組（香港電子業總會）於2015年 1月合辦「綠色智能家居及辦公室」研討會，介紹 智能家居及辦公室的最新設備、應用，以及節能 方案，會員反應踴躍。
