34 FHKI Annual Report 2014-15 Training Services The FHKI’s Training Centre offers practical courses and training in the field of total enterprise management, innovation and design, intellectual property protection, branding, e-commerce, human resources development, financial management and business negotiation. The training programmes aim to assist companies in improving operational efficiency and competiveness. In the past year, the Centre organised over 180 programmes in Hong Kong and the PRD. In particular, the BUD-funded training project on e-Commerce for Domestic Sales, with the first two phases of the programme completed in 2014, received very good feedback from over 500 corporate participants in different industries. Professional e-commerce experts with proven experience in the Mainland market shared their experience with participants. Trade Certification Services The FHKI runs certification offices in Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Central and Cheung Sha Wan for issuing the following certificates: • Certificates of Hong Kong Origin including CEPA; • Certificates of Processing; • Form A; • Certificates of Origin - Re-export; and • Certificates of Origin - Transhipment. The FHKI also provides certification service for various types of commercial documents and facilitation service for traders’ application for consulate legalisation on commercial documents. Paper-to-electronic conversion service is offered for Certificates of Hong Kong Origin and Import /Export Trade Declarations.
