15 香港工業總會年報 2014-15 2015年適逢工總成立55周年，工總主席劉展灝於2月 10日舉行記者會，公布工總將於今年舉行一連串慶祝活 動，並以公布《珠三角製造：香港工業未來的出路》的調 研結果，為55周年慶祝活動揭開序幕。　 《珠三角製造》調研報告 自2003年起，工總一直為香港工業於珠三角的發展進行 名為《珠三角製造》系列的調研。去年，我們得到滙豐工 商金融和香港理工大學（理大）贊助，委託理大中國商業 中心主任陳文鴻博士進行珠三角系列的第四份調研，探 討珠三角港資製造企業自2008年金融海嘯以來面對的挑 戰，以及探討其發展方向。 在民工短缺、工資上漲、勞資糾紛及規管要求提高等經 營挑戰下，研究結果顯示港商在珠三角的投資步伐進一 步減慢。港商亦就經營經營策略進行了重大調整，包括 減少普工人數、以內地員工代替香港員工、採用更多內 地原材料及器材、加強內銷、加強科技研發及轉移部分 生產線。 研究亦發現，香港廠商採購內地原料的比例有上升趨 勢，使香港廠商與香港進出口物流體系、生產服務體系 漸行漸遠，弱化廠商與香港經貿體系的互動。未來幾年， 最多廠商選擇的主要經營策略是加強自動化生產及產品 設計、建立品牌、加強科技研發及推動研發技術。面對 經營挑戰，有港商表示會計劃轉移部分產業至珠三角以 外甚至海外的地區，但多數港商表示會維持在珠三角的 投資規模。至於資金方面，大部分廠商仍以香港作為集 資發展內地業務的主要資金來源。 工總55周年慶祝活動 為慶祝工總成立55周年，工總特別成立籌備委員會，由 副主席林宣武擔任主席，負責籌備一連串慶祝活動，與 會員及市民一同分享喜悅。多項已舉行的活動均反應熱 烈，於3月6日舉行的香港工業總會55周年會慶高爾夫 球賽‧大新銀行杯，吸引接近100位會員參加。工總於 3月9日舉行55周年與外國合作伙伴交流酒會，藉此與 多國領事及世界各地的合作機構加強聯繫。其他陸續 登場的慶祝活動還包括：讓市民以特惠價購買會員企業 優質產品的「開心購物節」、於5月5日免費請市民吃 Q嘜蛋撻的「免費禮品日」、於now TV 首播關於香港 工業的節目及於7月28日舉行的周年晚會。除此之外， 工總亦會繼續舉辦不同主題的研討會、參觀活動及社區 關懷活動等，帶動週年會慶氣氛。 the PRD still regard Hong Kong as the major source of capital to further their development in the Mainland. Anniversary Celebration Programme Under the leadership of the Anniversary Celebration Organising Committee chaired by Deputy Chairman Willy Lin, the FHKI rolled out a series of events and activities to share our joy with members as well as the general public. Close to 100 members had a happy day out at the FHKI 55 th Anniversary Golf Tournament - Dah Sing Bank Cup held on 6 March. At the Cocktail Reception for International Partners held on 9 March, we reinforced our long term partnership with consulates, overseas chambers and partners. Other upcoming events include the FHKI Shopping Festival to be held in May during which our member companies will offer their quality products and services to the public at attractive discounts. Besides, a Free Gift Day will be held on 5 May to offer Q-mark egg tarts for free to the public; a television programme about Hong Kong industries will be premiered on now TV; and a Gala Dinner will be held on 28 July. Visits to factories of major enterprises and symposiums will also be held.
